We have the experience

At Project we are led by Phil Byers, who has over 45 years of expertise and experience in taking challenging projects from the drawing board onto building sites and beyond. So when we work with you you're getting the benefit of all the experience we've gained working on decades of other Client's projects. Our experience and reputation also mean that when we need to talk to the right people to make a project happen - they listen.

Our history

Project was started by Paula Byers in 2006 to provide project management support in business management systems (now delivered by LimeCloud).

In 2010, Phil sold his share of a larger architectural practice where he developed his career from trainee to Director of the business over 35 years. He joined Project and it was at this time it was converted to a limited company, Project (SW) Ltd. Since then, the business has focussed on delivering quality projects for Clients, as a growing architectural design and project management practice and working across the South West and beyond.

We lend our passion and expertise to our local community, getting involved with projects that enhance and empower our beautiful part of the world here in North Devon. We actively support with organisations such as Barnstaple Chamber of Commerce, South West Business Council and North Devon Biosphere.
